How much time do I have to make a return of a garment?
Our return policy has a term of 30 business days from the day of the payment. This date can easily be found in the purchase ticket received when placing the order in the confirmation email that the customer has provided. Unfortunately after those 30 days we can not make any refund or exchange of pledge (s).
In order for the garment (s) to be a candidate for a return, it must be in the same condition in which it was received, have no signs of use or washed and have its original labels.
How to return to the package?
Request a mailing bar code to: email@example.com The package must be in a closed box or package and contain the garment (s), that you wish to return. Print out the mailing bar code that is sent by us in your email, place that bar code in to box/package, and take it to you closest mailing post and that it!!
Is there a cost to return the garment (s)?
Yes, the cost to make the change or the return is $2.50 that will be deducted from the total of your purchase.
If you consider that your garment has a manufacturing defect, you will need to send us photographs and any additional information to our mail:firstname.lastname@example.org we will pay for the return at no cost to you.
What to do once I receive the Package. Once the package has been received and inspected, please send us an email to notify you that you have received the garment (s).
Refund to your Credit card. If the refund is approved, then you will receive a refund equal to the price paid for the garment minus the $2.50 charge for the return. Once the package is received.
