3 hacks to rock a smaller waist

You make your own confidence! Women have different shapes and we love to show off our bodies without fear of our curves and how we look. But certainly, reducing the inflammation of our belly with a more defined waist gives us an extra dose of security.

We don’t want to starve ourselves or try extreme diets, but there are some tricks to give us the confidence we need every day at school, at work or on a date.

Wake up drinking water!

Supermodel Ashley Graham revealed that the moment she wakes up in the morning she immediately drinks 67 oz. of water. When you wake up, drink at least 32 oz. of water as soon as you leave the bed. Your body and your digestion will begin to work and to cleanse everything you don’t need giving your belly a flatter appearance and also making you feel very light.

 

Detox drinks

Clean your body with some special and natural drinks that will help you deflate your belly and to give greater definition to your waist. Take them at least once a day in the morning or afternoon for 1 week to give your body a chance to release what it needs. Some of our favorites are:

Clothes that flatter your waist

The clothes you wear can be your best ally. There are blouses, dresses and even jumpsuits that shape your waist no matter how thin or curvy you are. Look for dresses that have flared cuts below the waist, pants with belts, and V-neck blouses or with ties on the waist.
